Chrissie Bramwell and Eleonora Uccella are Cookeryclub - the love of good food and common beliefs in fresh produce and simple ingredients brought them together to teach and share their experience with others.

Eleonora is based in Florence and Chrissie in Northern Ireland - together they deliver Masterclasses to teach the secrets for creating the authentic flavour of Italy.
